First Aid Courses in Berlin
Who thinks a First aid course in English could never be entertaining has never been here. 

For the First aid lessons no subscribing is required!

 

Simply be sure to arrive at the start time and bring your identity card or passport with you.

If you wear eye glasses or contact lenses, you should bring them with you for the eye test.

 

Please remember that you can pay locally in cash only.

Tip: Get copies of your certificate! The Burgeramt will take the original certificate.

For other purposes (company, tax return, ...) you may need a copy.

If you need a second official certificate, it becomes much cheaper, if you are able to send us a scan or a copy of your original certificate.

 Tip:  It is a good idea to bring a drink and something to eat, the course is 7,5 hours ;-)

How long does the course last?
The course has 9 x 45 minutes + breaks = 7,5 hours. 

What do I have to bring with me to the first aid course?
Identity card or passport.
If you wear eye glasses or contact lenses, you should bring them with you for the eye test.

 

Has my order been successful?
After a successful order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

Please check your e-Mails and make shure you received an order confirmation, please check also your spam folder.

Where is my ticket?

We do not send tickets!

If you have booked and paid online, we will send you a confirmation of payment with details of the course location and time. (The confirmation is only for you)

In addition, we will put the name on the course instructor's list of participants. You do not need a payment confirmation at the course location. 

If you have booked for another person, the participant can use this payment confirmation (printed or shown on the smartphone) to change the name on the list.

Can I bring along an accompanying person or interpreter?

You're also welcome to bring along an accompanying person, such as spouses, partners or interpreter.
If your accompanying person need no certificate, it's free of charge.

Do I need an apointment?
For the First aid lessons no subscribing is required! Simply be sure to arrive at the start time and bring your identity card or passport with you.
Or save money and get 5€ discount, when you buy your ticket online.

​Please remember that you can pay cash only at the spot.


How long my First aid certificate is valid?
You have to get an appointment with the Burgeramt within two years after the course date. If you miss this, you have to repeat the course.

What shall I do if I have lost my certificate?

For a fee of 30 Euro we will gladly provide you a second official certificate, if you know, in which month you have completed the course.

This fee is only 20 Euro, if you are able to send us a copy or scan of your original certficate. Contact form

We need training for our company, group, club...?

If you have a group of up to 20 people who need training, enquire about a group booking at a location to suit you

(whether that's one of our venues or somewhere you arrange yourself). Contact form
