Where is my ticket?

We do not send tickets via mail!

Once you have booked and paid online, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us with more information about the course location and date.

In addition, we will put your name (or the name of the participant you booked the course for) on the course instructor's list of participants.

Usually, you do not need to show your booking confirmation on site.

If you have booked for another person, the participant can use the confirmation e-mail (printed or shown on the smartphone) to change the name on the list.

When and where are your courses?
We offer courses in 8 different places in Berlin. See full list here.

Can I bring along an accompanying person or interpreter?
Yes, but only if you inform us beforehand about it via e-mail (erstehilfestation@mailbox.org).

Yes. Because of the corona situation and the small groups you can only join the course with an online booking.

How long my First aid certificate is valid?
You need to get an appointment with the Citizen's Office (Bürgeramt) within two years after the course date. If you miss the deadline, maybe you have to repeat the course. In some cases the Bürgeramt accepts a longer validity. Please ask there for this topic.

What shall I do if I have lost my certificate?

For a fee of 25 Euro we will gladly provide you with a second official certificate, if you know, in which year and month you have completed the course.
